For the second year in a row, at the initiative of Fashion Days, the Komplekt team invited ten Bulgarian authors – artists, illustrators and designers – to join the creative adventure The Tarnovian.
The 2025 edition is dedicated to the rich architectural environment of Veliko Tarnovo – from medieval fortresses and Renaissance houses, through neo-national romanticism and modernism, to brutalism and postmodernism.
Within the framework of the 48 hours Varusha South festival, you will be able to see artistic interpretations of emblematic buildings and places in the city, presented through the eyes of Alexandra Georgieva, Andrea Popyordanova, Anina Takev, Alexi Ivanov, Boris Pramatarov, Georgi Sharov, Desi Baeva, Dora Ivanova, Milena Valnarova and Nanda Mentesheva.
Limited edition posters with the author's illustrations (9 pieces of each) will also be offered on site, with all proceeds donated to support the TAM cultural space and the development of the cultural scene in Veliko Tarnovo.
