We are delighted to announce that the Biennale of Illustration 2020 exhibition is open to the public again. The exhibition is free to enter and is on display in the Triangular Tower of Serdica hall, which is a branch of the Regional History Museum – Sofia and is located at 16 Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. Due to the long period during which the exhibition was not accessible, RIM-Sofia has changed its program of events and the Biennale will remain open to the public until February 14, 2021.

We ask you to observe the necessary anti-epidemic measures – wear a mask and keep your distance so that we are not closed again.

If you would like to support us and purchase our catalogs, cups, mugs or bags, contact Milena Radeva, we will send your orders within 24 hours with Econt.

In this (second) edition, you will be able to view nearly 400 works by 194 artists, created over the past two years. In the hall, you will also enjoy the awarded works in the three categories, this time by five authors. In the category “Unrealized Works” the prize went to Elena Panayotova, and a diploma went to Lalo Nikolov. In the category “Realized Works” the prize went to Elena Zhablyanova, and a diploma went to Lilyana Dvoryanova. For his long-term work in the world of Bulgarian illustration, the lifetime achievement award was presented to Petar Stanimirov.

Come and see the exhibition!
