They say February is the month of love, and the “leading” color is pink. Okay. Then we will show you an exhibition filled with a lot of this feeling and color – love for all the strange creatures that lurk in her illustrations and a “leading figure” flamingo – pink, of course.

SOHO will introduce you to the world of Elena or Lenny for short – an architect by profession and an illustrator and a “thing seeker” at heart. She never goes out without her favorite pencils, pen, eraser, knife and at least two notebooks, which she fills with sketches of the people she meets and the things that happen to them, and at home she turns them into cute animal characters. There is always at least one cute orange fox hiding in her bag, while the rest is never known. Her style can be defined as naivety with a slightly cartoonish character, where precise contours meet the unpredictability of watercolor. She likes to make people smile and discover something of themselves in her drawings.

“Creatures and Events” includes a series of selected, but mostly specially created illustrations for the occasion. If you follow Leni’s Lines, you may have seen some of the first ones. Live, however, you will discover new unexpected details, such as the reflections of the roof tiles from her beloved city, thanks to special paints with crushed semi-precious stone, or re-painted scenes with old acquaintances. If you have not yet encountered her colorful world, this would be a great opportunity for her to personally introduce you.

This exhibition is for everyone who sees colorful and cheerful pictures in their everyday life, or who would like to see them. But especially for everyone who finds strange creatures close to nature.
