Public screening of the documentary film about the book series Library Galactica, revealing exciting stories and details from the creation and work on the books in the series, which reached millions of readers. In the film you will hear stories from witnesses of the time when there were "arrested books", as well as the unadulterated story of the beginning of the series, which involves a unique person from the Metropolitan Museum in New York - Katerina Springer, whose story is part of the film. For the first time in the film, viewers will see original correspondence between the Strugatsky brothers and their translator Risitsa Bardarska. The film also includes journalist and translator Georgi Angelov with his personal story about his beginnings as a translator at Library Galactica. The participation of Tekla Alexieva is also significant, as she colorfully and fascinatingly tells about the famous covers of the books in the series.
