The participants in this year's "Biennale of Illustration" have been announced. A total of 115 artists with 227 works will enter the exhibition, which is being organized for the third time and aims to showcase Bulgarian artists working in the field of illustration. This year, the jury was extremely strict and critical, meticulously examining each work down to the smallest detail.
We still have a little work to do on organizing the lists before we contact everyone personally to provide information on which works have been selected for the exhibition and what the deadlines are for their submission.
To those who made it to the final list - congratulations! And to the artists who did not pass the narrow sieve of the jury, we want to say not to give up, that we saw potential in each of you and your works and that we will be waiting for you with new strength and illustrations in 2024.
Thank you all for your support, efforts, creations and desire! And because we know there are many impatient people – expect to hear from you or write to you in the coming days.
