Regional History Museum – Sofia presents the 9th Annual Exhibition of the Society of Animalists, Florists and Scientific Illustrators (DAPHNI).
The exhibition features authors with many years of experience, artists whose names we increasingly encounter, both in the exhibition halls and on the pages of various publications, as well as some of the newest, young members of the society.
Over 50 original works of art by Ana Sokerova, Anna-Maria Kamenarova, Anelia Pashova, Asen Ignatov, Asya Kamenova-Georgieva, Ventsislav Krastev, Georgi Pchelarov, Denitsa Peneva, Dina Rogatnykh, Dimitar Dimitrov, Ekaterina Kozhuharova, Eric Daniel, Zornitsa Gramkova, Maria Krumovska, Milena Radeva, Natalia Stambolova, Neli Drumeva, Petya Evlogieva, Snezina Popova, Yana Kazakova are presented.
The exhibition presents three works by each of the participating members of the organization. The works were selected by them as representative of their work over the past year. After a series of numerous exhibitions dedicated to various events, anniversaries, partnership initiatives in recent years, the current exhibition has no restrictions in terms of subject matter and artistic technique. It provides all members of DAPHNI with the opportunity to reveal the colorful palette of artistic approaches and the diversity of the organization.
The exhibition was presented for the first time in December 2024 at the Regional Museum of Natural History Plovdiv.
