Professional experience: Freelance illustrator. Collaboration on cover projects and a children's book with List Publishing. Cover of a book published in Luxembourg, by British author James Leader.
Exhibitions: 2017 - collective exhibition of five of the graduates of the Bachelor's degree at the Academy in Bologna, with the final project in illustration.
Awards: 2018 - first place in the competition - Burchschmuck, a competition for illustration of a literary text, organized by the Goethe Institute, Sofia.
Illustrated works: 2018 - "The Beautiful Cassandra", Jane Austen, "List" Publishing House.
Favorite illustrator: I like Wendy Wernich, Victoria Semikina, Augustine, Pablo Auladel. I love Simone Rhea, Rebecca Dautremer, Owen Gent, Mattotti, Gianni de Conno and many others.
Favorite illustrated book? All painted with Simone Rhea's paints and “One Bible”, illustrated by Dautremer. In both cases mainly because of the colors. In “One Bible” the illustrations seem to reach the peak of the art of illustration – the depth of their narrative power, the surprising compositions, the freshness and feeling in the figures, the interpretation with character, and so on.
What book do you dream of illustrating? Any story that touches me and whose impact I could enhance with more saturation. But actually I would really like to illustrate covers for music CDs/records.
