The vacation is over and we are all back to school. As we already mentioned in September, we contacted one of the largest publishers in the “textbook industry” – Prosveta Publishing House, to present its artists.

Professional experience: For the past fifteen years, I have worked for several monthly publications as a graphic designer and art director, some of which are – the lifestyle magazine Maximum and NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Bulgaria at Sanoma Blyasak Publishing House.
Since 2014, I have had a company engaged in advertising and I am a freelance artist.

Favorite illustrator:
The classics - Gianni Benvenuti, Libiko Maraya and Santen with whom I grew up. I also like Bulgarian contemporary illustrators - Viktor Paunov, Kalina Toneva and Albena Yordanova.
Favorite illustrated book? Why:
Little Red Riding Hood and other fairy tales with illustrations by Gianni Benvenuti. I like this detail and realism, which transports me to another era.
What book do you dream of illustrating? Why:
Any work that would provoke me to unleash my imagination. For me, the symbiosis between illustrations, layout and text is important.
