On Monday, Bar Petak invites you to a very… indefinable exhibition:
"Come to the bar on February 5th at 8:00 PM sharp, to talk about all our favorite sweet vices that have connected us for one reason or another. We are opening a special exhibition by the talented Živilė a.k.a. Zveruna, who has depicted in beautiful, meaningful illustrations all our hedonistic habits that are slowly killing us while reviving us.
Zveruna is a graphic designer and illustrator from Lithuania. "I see beauty in the ugly and ugliness in beautiful things. Sugar is sweet, but poisonous. It scratches my tongue. In my work, I analyze the phenomenon of a modern society that has given itself over to hedonism. I explore the relationship between individual needs and free choice. Using the symbolism of our time, I try to show in my illustrations the most painful vices in society. I am not trying to teach anyone anything. I am simply inviting you to an interesting discussion with open questions and answers.”
