Dear colleagues,
here is official information about the authors who have been selected by the jury and the collection of their selected works for the exhibition "Biennale of Illustration 2024".
Requirements:
All works must be inscribed on the back (at least name and phone number), framed (glass and passe-partout are not mandatory) and ready for display. They will be hung on cords with hooks in the hall, so please consider a similar type of hanging. The works must be up to A3+ in size (30x42 not counting the frame or an appropriate proportion to your work. Please do not aim for the largest format, due to the limited space in the hall). If your works have a realized form (book, object, publication), we will be happy to send them to us as well.
Dates: Please prioritize sending your works via Econt.
– Authors from Sofia will have the opportunity to submit their works in person at the “Triangular Tower of Serdika” hall – RIM-Sofia (16, Princess Maria Luiza Blvd.) on November 20, 21 and 22, 2024 (Wednesday – Friday) – 10:00-13:00 – Milena Radeva
– Authors who are not located in Sofia or cannot come in person can send their works via Econt, at their own expense. Deadline for RECEIVING: from November 11, 2024 (Monday) to November 22, 2024 (Friday)

– Authors from abroad will be asked to contact me personally by email (milena@bulgarian-illustration.com), for those who cannot organize their works remotely, we will provide logistical assistance.
ATTENTION! Works of larger sizes will not be allowed to the exhibition! The organizers do not undertake the commitment to framing! Works that arrived at the Econt office on Saturday (23.11.2024) will not be accepted!
