Dear colleagues,
here is official information about the authors who have been selected by the jury and the collection of their selected works for the exhibition "Biennale of Illustration 2022".
All works must be inscribed on the back (at least name and phone number), framed (glass and passe-partout are not mandatory) and ready for display. They will be hung in the hall with hooks with cords, so please consider a similar type of hanging. Works that are not originals must be up to A3+ in size (30x42, not counting the frame, or an appropriate proportion to the work itself).
ATTENTION! Works of larger sizes will not be allowed to the exhibition! The organizers do not undertake the commitment to framing! Works that arrived at the Econt office on Saturday will not be accepted!
The lineup is on November 19 and 20, 2022!
– Authors from Sofia will have the opportunity to submit their works in person at the “Triangular Tower of Serdika” hall – RIM-Sofia (16, Princess Maria Luiza Blvd.) on the following dates:
November 8, 2022 (Tuesday) – 10:00-12:00 – Hristina Grozdanova
November 10, 2022 (Thursday) – 10:00-12:00 – Hristina Grozdanova
November 14 to 17, 2022 (Monday – Thursday) – 16:00-17:30 – Milena Radeva
– Authors who are not located in Sofia or cannot come in person can send their works via Econt, at their own expense. All works that are not donated and must be returned will be sent with a return receipt to the sender! Deadline for receipt: November 18, 2022 (Friday), address: Econt Bankya office, Milena Radeva, tel. 0888 399 264.
– I will ask authors from abroad to contact me personally by email (milena@bulgarian-illustration.com) or Facebook, for those who cannot organize their works remotely, we will provide logistical assistance.
