During the weekend of April 19-21, Cosmos Coworking Camp presents a pop-up exhibition by Rozalina Burkova (@thedrawingdoor). You probably already know her, and if not, we are sure that you will soon fall in love with her work.
Rozalina Burkova is a visual artist, illustrator and animator, dividing her time between Barcelona and Sofia. She graduated in design from Central St Martins, London and has been professionally involved in illustration for four years.
Her portfolio covers a wide spectrum of visual projects for clients such as Gucci, Tate Modern, Liberty’s, Human Rights Watch, Galantis, Zagorka and others.
Recently, Rozalina has developed an interest in the field that unites illustration and fine art, dividing her time between working with clients and personal projects. Mess As In Message gives a platform precisely to these personal drawings, which are not limited by a brief, deadlines or digital tools. The pop-up exhibition will showcase a number of specific, emotional and energetic large-scale drawings that Rosalina has created over the past year as a break from commercial projects, as well as some new prints and animations. An interactive display may (or may not) be included in the opening night of the exhibition.
