Flora Exhibition Center, Burgas is the place where the events of the fourth day of Port Prim Art Fest will take place. On October 12, 2017 (Thursday), at 5:00 PM, a total of three meetings with artists will start simultaneously.
The first two are dedicated to poetry. You can expect a literary and creative presentation by Ivo Rafailov and his "Countable Temptations" and Yordanka Beleva and "The Missed Moment". The authors will be introduced by the winner of the "Knight of the Book" award for presenting Bulgarian books in the media - journalist and poet Silvia Choleva.
The third meeting at Flora, part of Port Prim Art Fest, is with an exhibition of graphics and art books by visual artist Boris Pramatarov. He graduated with a master's degree in graphic design from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent, Belgium. He has had several solo exhibitions - in Sofia, Brussels and Belgrade and participated in many group exhibitions - in Paris, Vienna, New York, Maribor, Dijon and others. His work is art books published by Bulgarian and foreign publishers. Works by Boris Pramatarov have been published in the New York Times, De Standart (Belgium) and others. His first animated film is from 2015. His comic "A Short History of Communication" won the prestigious first prize at the Fumetto International Comix Competition, Lucerne, Switzerland, 2017.
Admission to all events at Port Prim Art Fest on October 12 is free.
The pilot edition of the arts festival is under the patronage of our great actress Tsvetana Maneva. The creative director of the forum is the artist Stefan Bozhkov. Organizers and hosts are the Municipality of Burgas and the Grand Hotel and SPA Primorets.
