The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces a competition for graphic symbols (logos) of the Bulgarian Presidencies of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) and the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). Participation is open to all persons who have graduated or are studying in specialties such as graphic design, visual arts, communications or marketing.
Application deadline: March 17, 2025
Each participant may submit up to three projects, which must be new and created solely for the purposes of the specific competition. Proposals must be original, innovative, recognizable and associative.
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope every working day from 9:00 to 17:00 at the “Citizens’ Reception” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sofia, 2 Alexander Zhendov Street, with the following inscription: “Documents for participation in a competition for the development of a graphic symbol (logo) for the Bulgarian Chairmanship of the SEECP and/or a graphic symbol (logo) for the Bulgarian Chairmanship of the BSEC Organization, and the following information: name of the candidate, correspondence address, telephone and e-mail.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 17:00 on March 7, 2025. Documents submitted after the deadline for receipt will not be accepted.
The organizer will announce the ranking of the projects by publishing a protocol with the results of the ranking on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
