On March 12, 18, 19, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Sofia Ring Mall, writers, editors, translators and artists from various publishing houses participated in the readings of the award for the best children's book "The Magic Pearl", organized by the Children's Books Foundation. This year, 29 books were nominated. Among the readers were Val Stoeva and Lora Filipova (Children's Books Foundation), Yulia Spiridonova - Yulka (writer), Albena Ralenkova (Fyut Publishing House), Iliana Benova-Beni (translator), Radostina Nikolova (Motovete Publishing House), Dimitar Rikov (Softpress Publishing House), Gabriela Kozhuharova (Millennium Publishing House), Diana Petrova (writer), Milena Tasheva (Softpress Publishing House), Petya Kokudeva (writer), Milena Radeva (illustrator and moderator of our page), Nina Dermendzhieva (Egmont Publishing House), Victoria Ivanova (Softpress Publishing House), Maya Bocheva-Wiki (illustrator) and the team of the animated film "The Legend of the First Kuker".
